General

1. 99cell.com has to right to reject any Cell box rental application or terminate any Cell box rental agreement without any reason given. For Cell box rental agreement termination, 7 days advance notice will be given. No compensation will be given for such early termination of agreement. The advance rental paid will be calculated pro-rata and will be refunded to such Cell box users. (Not applicable to point 11)

2. Cash or Company cheque only. (No personal cheque). Cell box users must pay in advance. All Cell box rental payment, no matter Cell box users occupy the cell box or not, are not refundable. (except point 1)

3. 3 month Cell box rental or minimum S$ 99 Deposit is required at the time of reservation of box. Deposit is refundable (1st day of coming month) at the time Cell box users cease to rent the Cell box. However, the refund of such deposit must be firstly used to settle any unpaid rent or damages or etc owe to 99cell.com

4. Cut off day will be on last day of the month. All sales proceeds will be ready for collection on 8th of coming month. We can deposit your cheque to your POSB or DBS bank a/c or mail the cheque to your address.

5. If users are not going to renew the rental of the Cell box, they will be required to vacant the box at the end of the rental expiry date. Excess days occupied will be charged at pro-rata. Such excess occupy charge will be set off from the Cell box Rental deposit. Please ensure your email address is functioning. 99cell.com will not be responsible for any claim / loss resulting from your email failure.

6. 99cell.com will vacant excess occupied box after 1 month or deposit and sales proceeds have been fully deducted. All goods unclaimed will be deposed and all sales proceed will be forfeited. 99cell.com reserves any other rights to claim from such Cell box user for any losses arising from the excess occupancy.

7. If there is any loss in stock during the cell box rental period, maximum compensation by 99cell.com will be S$ 10 per item or actual value (based on a lower value). Maximum total compensation per Cell box user per month is S$ 60.

8. 99cell.com will not be responsible for the damage of goods during the Cell box rental period.

9. 99cell.com will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by any unforeseeable act or act of God which lead to our shop temporarily closure. Though 99cell.com will have necessary insurance to cover such loss or damage, it does not mean that 99cell.com will share such compensation from insurance company for the loss or damage to the Cell box users' goods.

10. The Cell box rental expiry date will not be changed even there is temporarily closure of the shop caused by any unforeseeable act or act of God.

11. Cell box users are not allowed to sell, demonstrate or store any illegal or copyright infringement products inside our shop. 99cell.com has the right to reject any application of Cell box rental. And 99cell.com has to right to terminate such Cell box rental agreement immediately without any compensation given. (Even advanced rental payment are not refundable at this situation). 99cell.com also has to right to claim loss or damages from such Cell box users. Those Cell box users personal particulars will also be released to relevant authorities for actions.

12. 99cell.com has the final right to rearrange the display, location of the Cell box with or without informing Cell box users.

13. 99cell.com has the final right for the interpretation of this Service Terms.
