What is "Cell box shop"?
"Cell box shop", box shop, Cubric shop or whatever is a concept to let online sellers, entrepreneurs or individuals with low budget to display and sell products physically to their customers. A Cell box shop is originating from Japan and subsequently boomed in other countries.

Is there any restriction to use the Cell box shop?
Basically, anyone can rent a Cell box shop. However, all the goods displayed or for sales may be legal. Illegal or copyright infringement products are strictly prohibited.

How much I have to pay to use the service?
99cell.com charge very attractive rate, please refer to Cell Box Rate page. Users only have to pay S$99 deposit + stipulated Cell box rental charges. Minimum commitment is 3 months.  We provide discount for 6 months and 12 months rental period.

When will I collect the sales proceeds?
Cut off day will be on last day of the month. All sales proceeds will be ready for collection on 8th day of coming month. We can also deposit the cheque to your POSB / DBS bank a/c or mail the cheque to your address.

How can I know whether my products are sold?
Email with download URL will be sent to you after your first sales. Or you can pass by to have the updated information from our sales staff.

Is there any limit for me to add or remove stocks for display or sales?
There is no limit (except the time limit as stated in our Services Terms.)

Is there any restriction of the quantity of my products to be stored in the Cell box?
There is no limit, provided that you can put it inside the Cell box. Please be reminded that we do not provide extra space for your packing material. We do not provide premium packing for your customers and please ensure your packing material is easy to fold and shape.

What will be the size of the Cell box?
Cell box size：35 cm (width) X 35 cm (depth) X 30cm (height) * 40cm height for Top cell box.
We provide Single cell box, Double cell box, i.e. double the size (71cm width), Triple cell box, i.e. triple the size (107cm width).

What is the minimum Rental period?
The minimum rental period is 3 months. 99cell.com provides discounts for 6 months and 12 months rental period.

I am interested to reserve a box, what should I do next?
You may Reserve a box. You can let us know your preferred box and we will let you the the earliest available date within 3 working days. If your preferred box is not available, you will be able to reserve it by placing a deposit of S$ 99. Once the box is available, you are only required to pay the balance payment which is equivalent to S$99 deposit + 3 months advance rental.
